Matthew Mazur, P.A. is located in Coral Gables, Florida. We are available to represent clients throughout the State of Florida. Matthew E. Mazur, Jr., our founder, has extensive experience representing clients as an insurance defense attorney.  For the past eight years he has represented individuals, physicians, hospitals, corporations, small businesses, cruise lines and manufacturers in personal injury and business disputes. Mr. Mazur has also represented individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others.

This experience enables our firm to deal with the insurance companies, their appointed attorneys, and the Plaintiff's attorneys in an effective manner. We are able to evaluate a case from the prospective of both the insurance defense attorney and the plaintiff's attorney. We understand the decision making process that insurance companies use in their handling of claims. As such, our Personal Counsel Services ensure that the insurance company and their appointed attorneys are acting in "good faith" towards our client.  If there is a question about the handling of a client's claim, we write the necessary letters and make the necessary phone calls to protect our client's interests.
